What’s the process after placing my order?

There is a seven-day period after your subscription starts in which we will design your website and get it set up and ready to go. These seven days have already been compensated for as the first month’s price is discounted to account for it.

What if I do not like the results?

If you do not like the results, you can receive a full refund or a special arrangement can be worked out in which we will refund you to account for an additional week and take that week to redesign your website until you are satisfied.

How do I view my dashboard?

You can view your dashboard here or navigate to the “Dashboard” menu option to access your customer dashboard form, where you can view billing information, cancel your plan, stay updated, and more.

NOTE: To access your customer dashboard use the email used at checkout to log in. A code will be sent to your email and once in you can set a password as well next time for easier access. You can’t create an account unless you have purchased a subscription.
